On Saturday, March 19, 10 a.m. at the Schlessman Family Branch, learn about the health benefits of yoga from Michelle Corriell, Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of neighborhood studio Harmony Yoga. Michelle will answer common questions that people have about starting a yoga practice and help you decide if it's right for you. You don't have to be flexible to try yoga, and you don't have to be of a certain age or ability level, either! Come with your questions, a mat, blanket or towel, and wearing comfortable clothing that will allow movement as Michelle takes you through some yoga basics.
On Monday, March 21, 6 p.m. at the Schlessman Family Branch, certified personal trainer and licensed sport nutritionist Melissa Anderson will talk to you about making healthy lifestyle choices and changes, and put you on your way to getting your groove on!
